I have over 25 years of experience serving residential buyers and sellers in real estate transactions spanning entry level to luxury homes.
I am an expert negotiator having worked successfully with home buyers and sellers in transactions involving condominium, single family homes, builder new construction, homes on acreage, gated communities, vacant land, waterfront homes, luxury homes and entry level homes.
You might be surprised to learn I am a native Floridian. I am a wife, mother and grandmother, residing in Wesley Chapel close to two of my grandchildren. When I'm not busy doing what I do best helping home Buyers and Sellers I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy taking care of my flock of free-range chickens, reading, sewing, RV camping, hiking and travel.
I hold several real estate designations, including that of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I believe learning is lifelong.
